Introduction
zRep, developed by KZ - Minds (Alexandria, Egypt) ("we", "the app"), respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the app handles, how it is used, where it is stored, and your choices.

Information We Process
1. Account Information
Depending on how you sign in, zRep may process your account identifier, email address, display name, authentication provider, guest/anonymous status, and account events such as sign-in, sign-out, sign-up, and account deletion. Email/password verification is handled by our hosted authentication service; support staff should never ask for your password.
2. Profile Information
If you add it, zRep may process profile details such as display name, email address, age, workout level, profile photo, partner code, and partner-related account information.
3. Workout And Fitness Log Information
zRep stores training information you create or generate in the app, including workout sessions, names, notes, start and end times, durations, exercises, muscle groups, categories, instructions, equipment, custom exercises, thumbnails, sets, reps, weight, duration, set type, incline, rest time, RPE, templates, personal records, progress charts, training volume, badges, body measurements, and nutrition targets or planning information.
4. Apple Health
If you grant permission, zRep may read supported Apple Health data including heart rate, blood oxygen, active energy, basal energy, step count, and walking/running distance. zRep uses this data for session summaries, profile activity, widgets, and related fitness context. If you grant permission, zRep may also write finished strength-training workouts to Apple Health. You control Health permissions in iOS Settings.
5. Notifications, Exports, And Support
zRep may store notification preferences and schedule local notifications for enabled features. If you export sessions or measurements, the exported file is shared through the iOS share sheet and you choose its destination. If you contact support, we may receive the information you provide, such as your email address, device model, iOS version, app version, screenshots, and issue description.
6. Exercise Catalog And Media
zRep includes a built-in exercise catalog and, when enabled, may download extra catalog listings, filters, descriptions, images, or short animations over the internet. zRep may cache that content on your device to improve speed and offline use.
7. Purchases And Subscriptions
zRep offers an optional paid plan, zRep Pro. Purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account; we do not receive your full payment-card details. To unlock and maintain paid features, we process your purchase and subscription status, including the product purchased, whether a subscription is active, its renewal or expiration, and an associated transaction identifier, and we store your entitlement (free or paid tier) with your account. Apple's App Store Server may notify our hosted service of subscription events so your access stays current.
8. Analytics And Crash Diagnostics
zRep uses Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics (provided by Google) to understand how the app is used and to detect, diagnose, and fix crashes and stability problems. This may include app usage and events, app version, device model and operating system version, language and approximate region, and a pseudonymous app-instance or installation identifier; for crashes, it may include diagnostic logs and stack traces. To help us correlate and resolve issues, we may attach your account identifier and whether you are on the free or paid tier to crash reports. This data is processed by Google in accordance with Google's policies. We do not use it to display third-party ads in the app, and we do not sell it.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide account sign-in and restoration, save and sync supported app data, display workouts and progress, calculate statistics and badges, provide optional Apple Health features, send enabled local notifications, provide export/share features you initiate, process zRep Pro purchases and maintain your access to paid features, understand app usage and diagnose crashes to improve stability and the product, troubleshoot issues, respond to support requests, and meet legal, security, and operational obligations.
Where Information Is Stored
zRep stores information on your device using the app's own storage (database files, saved preferences, device key storage, attachments, and shared storage used for widgets where applicable). Signed-in accounts also store supported data on hosted systems we use for sign-in, database storage, file storage, and sync. Apple Health data remains controlled by Apple Health unless you authorize zRep to read it or write workouts to it.
Third-Party Services
zRep relies on infrastructure and service providers to host accounts, authenticate users, sync data, deliver optional online exercise-catalog features, process purchases, and provide analytics and crash reporting. These include Apple (App Store and in-app purchases), our hosted backend provider (authentication, database, file storage, and sync), and Google (Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics). Those providers handle information according to their own policies. We do not sell your personal information to advertising networks through the app.
Retention And Deletion
We keep account and app data for as long as needed to provide zRep, maintain your account, comply with legal or operational requirements, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce agreements. Local data remains on your device until you delete it in the app, sign out or delete account where supported, delete the app, or erase the device. Account deletion signs you out, removes supported local user data, and requests deletion or deactivation of hosted copies associated with your account. Operational backups or security logs may persist for a limited period where necessary.
Your Choices
You can choose the available sign-in method, update supported profile and app settings, enable or disable notifications, grant or revoke Apple Health permissions in iOS Settings, export supported sessions and measurements, manage or cancel zRep Pro in your App Store account settings, delete your account where available, or delete the app to remove local data from the device. Analytics and crash reporting are used to operate and improve zRep; you can limit some device-level collection through iOS settings (for example, by limiting ad tracking), and you can contact us with privacy requests. If you use guest mode and delete the app or lose access before linking the account, you may lose access to that guest identity.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). Do not use the app if you are not old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
International Users
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live, including where our service providers operate. Data protection laws may differ from those in your location.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your device, Apple ID, email account, and zRep account credentials secure.
